Yahoo/AP have a report that the FCC is going to crack down on Comcast for its data practices, specifically involving fraudulent "reset" signals on suspected bittorrent traffic.

If you've been following the story, you know what's been going on but for those who missed it: Comcast got caught sneakily forging RST packets to block or delay customers using bittorrent protocol traffic; a major problem when even video games like World of Warcraft are using that to pass updates these days. Here's hoping the FCC follows through on this one.
