* TechReport Tries Out SLI

PC Games/Hardware/Microsoft
TechReport have tried out NVidia's SLI with a pair of ASUS 6800 Ultra cards.

The verdict? Great speeds, but there are problems with stability. They also have some really, really nice screenshots of the the ridiculous amount of space the two cards wind up using: four PCI-Express slots just for the video boards to use. Not much left for anything else, and woe to anyone who wants a RAID card in the mix.
