Gamecube/Nintendo
This is just bizarre.

Nintendo sent a Cease and Desist letter to a site called SuicideGirls.com recently , because one of their members posted that they enjoy certain Nintendo titles. Since the site involves girls with piercings/tattoos sans clothing, Nintendo apparently was concerned about impact to their trademarks.

Yeah.

The good news: someone apparently wised up.

And to all the readers out there who sent this in, thanks, but I'm not going to post a link to SuicideGirls.com. If you REALLY want to go there, I'm sure you can figure out how.

Update: Penny Arcade's tripped over this as well. Bravo, guys.
