Playstation2/Sony
Apparently, over in Japan, the new PSX model - Playstation2/DVR hybrids - will be shipping to retail as of July 1st.

Apparently, they've changed the GUI, added a satellite TV tuner, improved the broadcast TV tuner, and... not much else. Oh, but they're offering them (limited edition) in silver instead of white.

Europe sees them by the end of the year, America... who the heck knows?

Personally, I can't quite see the point - if you want a DVR, why not get a standalone DVR? I know the Japanese are space-conscious, which could explain some of it, but for those of us who aren't, a modular setup is usually far superior. That way, if the PS2 busts, we don't have to worry about being DVR-less at the same time.
