Mobile gaming (GBA/etc)
Turns out Mario Kart DS will feature at least 15 new tracks:

Players will also be able to change the colour of their character's clothes to avoid mid-race confusion, which could be vital when you need to know who to gain revenge on for that ruthless red shell attack.

He also revealed that 15 of the tracks will be brand new ones while also confirming that the rest will be drawn from such concrete classics as Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Super Circuit and Mario Kart Double Dash.
I'm just hoping some of my favorite tracks from Mario Kart 64 make it back in. I loved racing on Toad's Turnpike.
