Sony is again openly calling out Microsoft.

"We're ready," said David Reeves, president of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, at the International Games Summit, taking place in London.

...

Reeves took a shot at Microsoft's ambitious early targets too, saying: "First mover advantage is there if you have momentum, but not really if you're standing still."
From what I've seen of the Xbox360, "standing still" is not a good way to describe it.
