* Soul Calibur III "announced"

Printer-friendly page Print this story   Email this to a friend
While it's not technically a product announcement (we all heard this game was coming back when Namco took Sony's blood money to tie it to the PS2), has word and screenshots on Soul Calibur III.

Soul Calibur III puts an increased focus on the storyline, sending the classic lineup through the Tales of Souls mode, which reveals each character's motives for fighting. This also includes the new fighters Tira (green hottie with a deadly hula hoop), Zasalamel (who looks like another cheapo Astaroth type with a long-range scythe), and the kimono/clog-wearing, parasol-wielding Setsuka. Over 25 characters will be available in the final game.
