Final Breakdown

Very fun, engaging gameplay.

On the Xbox, it's as clean as can be; with 480P support and Widescreen mode, the upgraded graphics to the series are inspired.

Sound and music:

Absolutely great voice acting, and the nifty music from Soul Reaver is back.

AI and Difficulty:

The AI isn't very smart one on one; only in one boss fight did I really have trouble. Bosses, for the most part, are also a bit on the easy side, and there are some noticeable holes in the AI where enemies get stuck and just take a beating as well.

Controls and Interface:

Very well done; slight annoyances with the spline camera.

If you're a fan of the series, you already have it. If not, it's still good to play even without seeing the past games' backstory.
