THQ is one of the more diversified gaming houses in the business; their games cover the spectrum, from the awesome N64 WWF wrestling titles to cutesy puzzle games, and well-made side scrolling/platform titles.  Their recent release, a foray into the extreme sports genre, is snowboarding with a storyline twist. As such, it takes a bit to get used to, but Dark Summit is one of the better snowboard games out there.
