There's an unfortunate lack that the PSP has faced - while Sony focuses on the PS3, designers have been slow to come out with top-quality titles for it, or even many titles that generate a lot of buzz. DS took over the marketplace, but Sony and a few developers still hold out that the PSP can come back; with the launch of the new Slim model, which has TV-out and a few other capabilities, it might have a shot.

Trying to fill one of the "holes" in the PS3's lineup has been XSeed and their developer studios, pushing out RPG titles for the PSP. The latest offering is Brave Story:New Traveler, a very "classic-looking" RPG title that drops players into a little world full of dungeons, swords and magic. While it's not a game I expect to wind up on anyone's top-10 lists, it's worth checking out for genre fans.
