Final Breakdown

No pixel hunts, but a lot of flailing around to find out what to do next mars the game's ultimate appeal.

It takes more horsepower than a lot of adventure titles, but gives it back in the form of some stunning scenery.

Sound and Music:

Perfect music for the ambience of scenes, but the American voice acting could have been a little better.

Once you figure out what you're supposed to be doing, it's not that difficult a game; the hard part is in scenes where the goal isn't precisely clear.

Controls and Interface:

Movement based on the keyboard and some inconsistent mouse control on whether simply clicking or double-clicking, and where, will manage to make George move will leave players frustrated on the control scheme.

If you're a fan of the genre and the series, grab it. If you're an adventure game fan in general but never got into the Broken Sword series, it's a good entry point.
