Reviewed: Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
Producer: Activision
Required System: Xbox, PS2, Gamecube, PC
Overall Rating:
Author: Michael Ahlf
Date: February 1st, 2005

If you are interested in a happy review, one that is all rosy and absolutely gushes over the game that is being reviewed, this is probably not a review for you. The truth of this game, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events from Activision, is that for older gamers it probably will do very little. That is not to say that many of you have not enjoyed the books, or did not enjoy the recently-released movie, but merely that the game itself is intended for the same age of audience that the books and movie themselves were intended for. If you wish to read reviews of games that everyone loves, I suggest you travel to Gamerankings.com and start examining the overhyped game known as Half-Life 2.

But please, if you know of a young gamer who might enjoy the title that I am describing, please read on.
