Final Breakdown

A little bit of work is involved in hooking these up: I have a few concerns about the length of the video interceptor as it could wind up damaging a video card if yanked on or stressed.

At $69.95, they aren't quite cheap, but not overly expensive either.

The upgrade to the driver, making it chipset-independent, has made it pretty hard for there to be better compatibility.

Except for the pixelation, this is great VR.

All the major problems with the device have been fixed: those who want VR should HEAVILY consider these.

Pluses (+)
  • Comfortable and light.
  • Great compatibility
  • Minuses (-)
  • Pixelation due to the way the VR is achieved.
