Final Breakdown

Installation:

Plug in. Download and install drivers from the ATi website; it's a lot less painful experience than it once was, ATi has done really well in their site redesign.

Price:

At $399.00, it's high on the expensive side; the normal 9800 can be had for $299, though with slightly lower performance. However, it IS the second-to-top line card, second only to the 256MB version.

Performance/Features:

Powerful performance, but without the utility of an All-In-Wonder. Not quite as good.

Overall:

ATi usually puts quite enough into its All-In-Wonder to win the award, and this card's no exception.
